We are looking to recruit a Mac Operator/Graphic Designer to work within the Marketing Department of a leading distributor of electrical products. The role is extremely varied and includes the production of packaging/artwork and catalogue layout, working accurately to tight deadlines. The applicant will need to be proficient in InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, with experience in using all Microsoft applications.

Role requirements:

• Catalogue layout
• Packaging design
• Screen print design
• Preparing artwork for print
• Designing for web, i.e. e-shots

Skill requirements:

• Layout skills
• Product illustrations
• Follow brand guidelines
• Mac based
• Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Familiar with Excel and Word
• Attention to detail - design-wise and also with spelling / grammar
• Time management - Able to work on several projects at once and prioritise
• Organisational skills
